Note of other matters of interest - December 2009

A Council member reported that a constituent of his had successfully judicially reviewed a decision of the Legal Complaints Service and been awarded £38,000.  It was confirmed that this report was correct and that there had been £35,000 in costs.  This matter was under delegated conduct exclusively within Legal Complaints Service.
